Refund policy
At Khamaj India, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return a product. To make this process as smooth as possible, we have outlined our refund policy below:
• Eligibility for Refund:
1. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Proof of purchase, such as an email or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
• Timeframe for Returns:
1. You may return an item within 3 days of the purchase date.
2. Returns outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
NOTE: After receiving the piece within two days return will be initiated
• Initiating a Return:
1. To initiate a return, please write us an email at khamajindia@gmail.com and we will initiate the return for you.
2. Provide details of the product being returned, the reason for the return, and any relevant information.
Our courier partner will pick up the courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval and initiate the refund.
3.Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.
4. Refunds will be processed after deducting a handling charge of ₹250
Khamaj India reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy periodically for changes.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item has not been worn, used, or altered.
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
1. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate the exchange process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange and we will guide you through the exchange process.
4. Once we receive the original item, we'll process the exchange and ship the new item within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Fees
- If the replacement item is of equal or lesser value, no additional fees apply.
- If the replacement item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
Exceptions
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items damaged due to customer error or misuse are not eligible for exchange.
International Shipping Policy :
All International Sales (Outside of India) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders. Please ensure you carefully review your order before submitting payment.
To confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment is required. Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable in case of order cancellation, refusal, or non-acceptance of the shipment.
